Appalling service. DO NOT USE THEM. Do not order through Makro as well, they use these guys to deliver. They do not communicate and you have to chase them up and down for feedback.

They delivered only one of my items; without any explanation as to why. I called them; spoke to Jermaine Meyers, he said he will investigate and call me in an few hours, that didn't happen. I called him again the next day, no apologies no nothing he just asks for my delivery number again and says he will call in an hour. He didn't. I called again the next day; got a Mary Mmatli who said she'll investigate and communicate in an hour, that didn't happen. Called again the next day, got Jermaine again who said it looks like the item was broken, will confirm and call, didn't happen. I even asked if this is normal, the calm in their voices like they see nothing wrong with how they're handling the delivery! Like nothing is wrong.

Finally got an email from Choene Monyamane who clarified that the item is broken and they have contacted Makro, whom I had placed through the order; to notify them of the problem. She them comes back to say that they have closed the matter. All dandy at DSV.

Month later, here I sit writing this review, order not fulfilled
