Appalling service, arrogant attitude
This company has decided not to do prepaid booking deliveries WITHOUT informing their clients beforehand. As a result I have a parcel awaiting delivery in Cape Town and NO ONE has made any attempt to help me or respond to my emails. This demonstrates arrogance to the fullest degree. Appalling service.
