Appalling Service

<p>This morning I was expecting a delivery of my cellphone. When the driver from Mounties called I opened the gate for him while I made down the stairs to open the door for him. I could not see him from my gate, so I went out the complex gate. I phoned him, he came back. Upon his return, he stayed inside the car, demanded a copy of my ID and told me he had no time to wait for me, he was not employed by me. When he remarked on how rude he was, he made a U turn, almost knocking me over , sped off. All the while neighbours from the opposite complex are watching. Called Mounties, they kept making excuses, and would not call back after proming to. When the cellphone company called, they said the driver felt unsafe. Why？ When the cellphone company has all my details？When he chose to wait outside the gate, choosing not to confirm if he was delivering to the right address. When he stayed inside the car, and opened a small space from the window, to slot the ID copy. When there were people outside the opposite complex. </p>
