an angry client
i was expecting a delivery from MTN through dsv and a consultant by the name of Wandile Makaza called yesterday and i asked that he calls be back after 10 minutes which he never did. And today when i am calling them for an update I'm told that the parcel was returned to MTN because they couldn't get hold of me. I really don't understand what is their process but this is not it.
