Accident Caused by driver

On the 27th of September 2016 a UTI driver, driving vehicle DJ28PVGP opened his door right in front of me on the N3 North highway before Marlboro Offramp. I was commuting VIA motorcycle and was fortunate enough to avoid hittig his door as I had to harshly brake and swerve. This however caused my motorcycle to slip out from under me and myself and the bike both slid on the tar obviuosly causing .amage to myself, my protective clothing and my motorcycle. In the driver's official report he does ackowledge that he opened his door on the highway, whilst in the second lane from the centre of the highway.

I reported the incident to DSV Centurion as soon as I was able to. I have been in contact with a supervisor Janice N. who asked details of the accident, as well as to her manager Paul C. I was advised to get repair quotes. Once I sent a quote to Janice N. It was forwarder to Kgomotso R. (Transport Administrator) who mentioned that "3rd parties they should claim through their insurance".

As I have made clear from the beginning that I do not have insurance, I queried on a way forward. Kgomotso R. asked for the accident date and vehicle details which I gave on the 3 November 2016 at 07:43. Since then I have had no feedback whatsoever on going forward, even though I keep requesting feedback every week.

It seems my emails are being ignored and unfortunately I have had to resolve to using Hello Peter for a response. I do have records with all communication made and received as well as who I was in communication with. We are now sitting at 3 weeks since I have received any communication from DSV regarding this accident and 8 weeks since the accident. I would like this matter to be escalated and resolved please.
