Absolutely Useless and Unprofessional

This has to be thee most useless courier service. After making an appointment and confirming this on my side to have my bank card delivered between 1 and 5pm today they are a no show. It is past 6pm no call, no text, when you call them you are sent to an automated response about office hours. Never mind the fact that i have stayed put the entire day waiting for a parcel that didn't arrive. Absolute nonsense and total disregard for another person's time. I am beyond ****ed!!! You deserve a minus zero.
