Absolutely useless

Don’t ever use this company!! After us calling 4 times yesterday to confirm an urgent delivery in Durban, at 4:40pm, the driver obviously had enough work for the day and went back to the depot. He even **** and said he had come to our house, but we were there waiting the entire day. Now we have to come here on a Saturday morning to try and collect which is another sh*t show! Now idea how this courier is still in business. Nobody has a clue what’s going on.
