Absolutely Useless!
I was supposed to receive a parcel on 24/11 - to date it is yet to be delivered. The reasons they have is they wrote the address down wrong, then they attempted to deliver it to the wrong estate. After numerous calls, they promised to deliver is by 8am this morning, again the driver delivered it to the wrong estate. HOW HARD cant his be?!!? I even am willing to find the driver on the road to JUST GET MY PARCEL!!! Sick and tired of this incompetence!
