Absolutely useless
Pathetic service. Been trying to get my new discovery credit card for weeks now. Multiple occasions the driver just doesn't bother to call me to let me know his 30 minutes away as per DSV's policy. Then instead of rescheduling the parcel just gets returned. I don't hear from anyone from this courier company. I'm gonna suggest to discovery that they use someone else. Absolutely useless.
