Absolutely Unacceptable Service

I am beyond frustrated with the service from DSV Mounties Division. My delivery date has been changed three times now, and each time I reach out for an explanation, I get the same empty promise that someone will look into it. Yet, I never get any response or resolution. This is absolutely unacceptable!

The lack of communication and the constant rescheduling have caused me significant inconvenience. I expected a professional and reliable service, but DSV has failed miserably. Get your act together, DSV!
