Absolutely terrible delivery and customer service.
It is a pity that MTN chooses them as the delivery service because they are shockingly bad. They sent me false messages about how they were unable to contact me (even though they didn’t try, I am on my phone all day). No updates on the tracking link I was sent. Every day someone says they’re escalating the issue, I never hear back. Now the driver is out with the package but he didn’t honor the delivery time that was arranged. Apparently the driver has my package but is refusing to answer the phone to confirm his whereabouts. Customer service agent who tried to contact the driver apparently doesn’t even know his name either. Absolutely pathetic service. Emails don’t get answered either.

04 Apr 2024, 17:20Someone called me, said they were escalating the issue (again) and that they’d call me back. Never bothered to call me back. I ended up arranging a different delivery time with the driver myself. No email responses either.
