Absolutely pathetic

Extremely pathetic service. Ordered a package from mtn in December and was told it would be delivered around the 8th of January. The 8th came and went with no communication whatsoever. I called them to enquire and they told me the delivery was canceled due to "unforseen circumstances" and they rescheduled it for the 22nd of January. The 22 came and went and again I called them and they came up with excuses but said it would be delivered on the 25th. On the 25th I missed their call keep on mind I called them 2 minutes later and they didn't answer and they didn't even try to call the alternate number that was requested from me. Whats the point of requesting and alternative number if u aren't going to call it. They now scheduled the delivery for the 8th of February. This is almost a month if not more waiting for my package. I will most probably contact mtn and just cancel my order altogether as I am completed fed up with this nonsense
