ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIED
Absolutely terrible in all departments. Calls, answering the phone, providing helpful information, DELIVERING. EVERYTHING.
I have been waiting for a delivery and finally when they decide to deliver, their devices don't work and need to take my package back to Durban and arrange a different delivery date. the package what IN MY HAND. How is that my fault? Absolutely horrified by DSV and will NEVER use again.
