Absolute **** service

Absolute **** service. They're drivers do not know how to communicate. They damaged my parcel and delivered it like nothing happened. I reach out to customer care and they pretend like their going to help me but wnd up telling me that they will not be liable to replace my item. Even after admitting that they damaged it. Overall this was an unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this courier. If you have a choice use competitors instead. Because these guys are full of ****. I really hate DSV.
