A company operated by ghosts!!!

In wonder if this company really exists or it is operated ghosts! I have trying to call the whole week for my Standard bank to be delivered. Finally I spoke to someone on that *********** Deliveries department, after I waited over 20 min on their line. Her name is Noluthando, she speaks as if she was just woken up by my phone call, she asked for my ID no. I gave it to her then she confirmed my cellphone no. then she told me that she was gonna call me back, before I could even respond she hung up! I do not understand why such big companies like Standard bank keep using this companies service. DSV Mounties delivery delivers the worst service ever. Only God knows if I will ever receive my card. This company takes people for granted.
