5 weeks and counting - still no Discovery Bank card!
Worst Courier Company EVER! 5 weeks later and I still have not received my Discovery Bank card. They call and arrange a time slot on certain day. I gave instructions for the driver to call me for directions when he delivers the card because I live in a remote area. THE DRIVERS DO NOT CALL! They mark the package as undeliverable and the process starts all over again!
No matter how long you hold you can't get to speak to a supervisor.
This is a good example of how mismanagement destroys a business.
