3 days and package not retrieved from locker!!!

I dropped off a parcel (Pakad***0) on Sunday 19 September thinking it would be collected on Monday. Well here we are, Wednesday 22 September and the package hasn't even been retrieved from the locker. Is this the new normal to expect from Dsv? I phoned Monday afternoon to ask that it please gets collected to which I was told the driver is still on the way. Yesterday I get told that first the machine is offline and a call has been logged. Then when I phoned again I was told the technician hasn't been out to said machine yet. So due to Dsv disregard for their customers we must get punished. Unacceptable. And with a long weekend ahead who knows when that parcel will actually get delivered. Please sort this out as Dsv is becoming notorious for their service not to mention customer service
