3 day late delivery, no calls or info.

The delivery is 3 days late, the delivery driver was DOWN THE STREET AT THE WRONG ADDRESS, DIDNT CALL OR NOTIFY ME AT ALL, then left and said "Delivery Failed - Receiver not available for Final delivery". He was down the street, refused to call (even after their office phoned him and told him to notify me) he then went back to the warehouse and unloaded my package.

Absolutely useless at doing the one thing they are supposed to be even slightly competent at. Uber eats and Mr D drivers have more skill than this business.

The ONLY saving grace was the decent customer service that TRIED to help out. Why anybody would use this joke of a delivery service is beyond me.

Do better.
