3 - 5 days has been 3 weeks now

I've been waiting for more the 3 weeks for a delivery that should have taken "3-5 working days" Imagine 3 weeks of have to struggle providing food and nappies for a new born baby because UTI has decided to keep my bank card to themselves.

Which leads me to question if UTI doesn't understand these few things.

1. what "we will deliver in 3-5 working days" mean? 2.Or many they don't have drivers to do their deliveries? 3.Maybe they have drivers but no delivery vehicles? 4. Maybe they have delivery vehicles & drivers but no petrol? 5. Maybe the have drivers, vehicles & petrol. But their drivers have navigator or know directions?

6. Maybe they don't have airtime and don't know how their email system works? (Besides replying to it and making false follows ups.)

And I know that you are going the ask me for my cellphone number and ID number and e-mail address like you did when I contacted the company via email
