2 samples lost in one week

<p>On the 13th, I had an collection from Johannesburg to Cape Town on Express, which means that the parcel was ment to be in Cape Town on Monday the 16th of Jan. The customer still haven't received this parcel. </p> <p> </p> <p>On Tuesday I have send an parcel to Durban, parcel went to Upington. Now it is back in Johannesburg. We asked for airfryght to Durban because this is extremely urgent. I have been waiting for two and a half hours now and no feedback on delivery confirmation. This parcel contains my work laptop and I couldn't work for two days now. This is unacceptable .</p>
