2 Parcels Missing, 1 Not Delivered in almost 4 weeks now.

Worst service from any courier I have used. They just don't care. I have sent 3 parcels using their ByBox stations at Engen Petrol Stations, 2 of which are lost somewhere in their system and one that has still not arrived at my client. This last package was sent on the 21st of December. It has not been delivered. I have asked Mary (who deals with the ByBox department) to phone me with an update about the parcel and delivery of it about 10 times if not more. I have to keep phoning after her.

We have lost a good client due to DSV's incompetency, and two packages that states they have been delivered in 1998 (yes, 1998) and October 2018. They were both sent end of November 2018.
