13th June and still not Delivered
1 Star is me being nice... Your customer service/experience does not exist, small business reply on your services but you are dragging them down with you. My Parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 15th of June 2023... Today is the 22 of June 2023.. Since the 15th I've been calling your customer service center, trying to correct my address and Cellphone number...and every time I get the same reply... A ticket has been logged.......... My Parcel Tracking Number is : GKZZS***5... Please find the Logged Ticket and Courier the GOD DAMN Parcel Already. You must be owned by the Government.... because you have the same energy as the Department of Home Affairs and other Departments.
