10 days so far DBN to JHB for OVERNIGHT Service. DSV sucks

DSV are absolutely unreliable, ***** who keep saying "my documents from Durban where not collected for 3 days), will be delivered today (1 week ago), driver forgot to place document in his car, management have been informed, they will get back to me, it will be delivered on 27th June" etc etc. It has been 10 days so far to deliver 2 signed contracts from Durban to JHB - and has STILL not arrived. That is considered "Overnight Courier" service. Clearly DSV have major problems, and management don't care a damn. Please NEVER use DSV
