Wrong package delivered

DSV is the worst courier company I've ever came across. Your service is really bad. I ordered a home router from MTN and your driver delivered a wrong device to me and gave me someone else's router. The driver noticed and promised to take the wrong device and deliver the right one the following day but they never came nor communicated why there's a delay. I called DSV and was on call for more than 2hrs as I was transferred to all the departments but still didn't get help. It's even embarrassing as a big company to hear from one of your employees that there's nothing they can help me with. Please attend to this matter asap as I tried everything in my power to fix this problem but you as a company failed me.
