Worst company to work with

This Company employs *********** call center agents while it is the worst ever... I dont know why standard bank is using their service cause wow.... And I have never seen a rep from them nor standard bank addressing these issues or our reviews here dont have that much weight anymore... worst company ever, People will beg and cry for a job and when they receive it, they will start thinking they run everything. I wish I never selected delivery and just fetched my card at the branch... I give this not even a star, like Nothing...
