Worse service

Worse people in the industry, I have been waiting 2 weeks now for my MTN package, they dont call unless u call, they made arrangements to deliver but failed to come and no phone call or message as to a reason why they didn't pitch. No courtesy call up to date to get the package delivered. When you call them u on hold forever forever or call gets cuts. Why does MTN also not do their part and follow up to see if the package delivered. Will somebody get this delivered to me ASAP
