WORSE DELIVERY COMPANY IN THE COUNTRY

am extremely disappointed with the service from this courier company. They constantly lie about delivery dates, promising one thing and doing the complete opposite. Every time I follow up, I get a different story, but still no real updates and no accountability. The level of incompetence is shocking — parcels are delayed with no explanation, customer service is unhelpful, and they clearly have no respect for their clients’ time or commitments. If you value reliability and honest communication, stay far away from this courier company. They have proven over and over again that they cannot deliver on their promises.
