Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Delivery Experience

I had a very frustrating experience with DSV involving the delivery of important banking documents.

Despite clear delivery instructions, the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, approximately 4.5 km away from the correct one. A person unknown to me signed for it, and no ID or contact number was taken to verify the recipient.

What’s even more concerning is that after the mistake, DSV contacted me to ask for the delivery address — something they should already have had on record.

I had to personally locate and retrieve the parcel myself, which completely defeats the purpose of using a trusted courier for secure document delivery.

This kind of careless handling of sensitive deliveries is unacceptable. I sincerely hope DSV improves their verification processes and takes more accountability in the future.
