very bad service

terrible service my package was supposed to be delivered and their driver claimed to have called me whereas I never received any call. it is very useless and unprofessional now its marked unresolved my question is if you made appointment with me why are you not honoring that I postponed my work for the delivery not I must spend more on airtime and doing follow ups. MTN should stop using DSV as their couriers as they will loose clients
