Very bad service

DSV called me on Tuesday advising me that they will deliver my phone and if would be available today between 10am and 2pm.At 3pm I called them and they couldn't get hold of the driver, the lady asked me if I stay in George and I am in cape town. This is very bad service.you can't even track them. I was told the package is on its way back to them.

Very disappointed in DSV's bad service
