Useless, *************, unprofessional

Absolutely terrible service!!!! No communication between the employees. Agents are rude and not helpful at all. They don't deliver packages as promised. They drop calls. Words can't explain how useless this company is. Even when you speak to the manager, there's just more empty promises. I can't grasp how MTN will choose this company for deliveries. 99% of the reviews are negative. How is this company still operating????
