Useless and *********** Company

Please note that we had a packaging which we had waited for urgently. We were told that it will be delivered on Saturday knowing fully well that they don’t work on weekends.

As for their employee to lie blatantly to a client says a lot about the reputation of the company and honestly this should be a big concern for MTN to be dealing with such an *********** service provider.

We called this morning again to track the parcel, and we were told that it will be delivered today. It’s now 16h10pm and we haven’t received anything.

Your staff members seem not to have any sense of urgency. A week already has gone by and yet no delivery.

You guys are very pathetic to say the least.
