Unfortunately, I do not have anything good to say about my experience with DSV. I tracked my documents using the app and it was expected to reach me at 11:00 on the 13 Nov 2023. At 4:30, no documents. Called the centre, got transferred and held on for 15 minutes without being attended to. Called the call centre and asked for a team leader for assistance. Documents come at around 6 pm. Absolutely pathetic. I did ask for an inquiry, but I am not holding my breath for that. Personally, will never use them again. The Courier Guy are more reliable, professional and offer a much better service. Will not be recommending them. Thank you.
