Theft

My husband requested that the upgrade that he did over the phone be delivered to me he isn't always available to take phone calls or deliveries. The consultant from MTN who assisted him, phoned me to arrange with me on this and gave the instruction through to DSV to make the delivery to me. After a week of struggling and fighting, the delivery still has not been made and according to DSV the parcel was delivered today... To whom, I don't know, because neither my husband or I received the parcel. The time of delivery given by DSV will be the 22nd of February, but in the same instance they say it has already been delivered. I would like to know, how can a courier company ignore a instruction given to them by their client and do as they please? So I take it, that one of the drivers or consultants is smiling now, with two new phones and smart watches, that somebody else is paying for.
