The worst delivery service

The customer service is terrible, I was waiting for my package from MTN , I got an sms that that are on their way but they never came , I have to call them which also took me hours to get through, they rescheduled my package for 2 more weeks , which total to 4 weeks, and they **** that they came to deliver because I was waiting excitedly for this Package.
