The worst courier company in the world

This has got to be the most useless, laziest and disgusting freight company I've ever come across. Between them and MTN who doesn't have a way to cancel their Superflex simcard subscription, I don't know who is the worst. They have booked 3 delivery dates so far. And on all 3 delivery dates they dont show up. When you call their call center they take 30 min to answer your call. Still unapologetic or concerned. Then place a **** date again. The supervisor is just as worse as the bunch of consultants who hide her from taking the phone. It's a month now. They still have no clue what is going on in that office. I will never get involved with any company that use the services of DSV again. Bunch of clowns. I need my simcard or my money. Ziziwe. I'm tired of calling you about my simcard.
