Terrible service. Stay away

Dsv is failing to delivery my package! There biometric machine was not working on the day of delivery. Since no one has contacted me to arrange for delivery. Dsv blames mtn..mtn blames mondo. Management is doing nothing about this matter. Its been a week of waiting for a delivery and almost 2 weeks since taking the contract.
