Terrible and rude service from DSV

Hi I would firstly like to say I'm utterly disappointed with DSV I have ordered an MTN simcard 3 weeks ago and I still have not received it. DSV waits for their convenience to deliver and that's not appropriate for a courier company. Yesterday DSV came to deliver and said that my proof of residence was invalid. I tried explaining to him that I live in stanger and durban and i still live with my parents and I don't have any other proof of address. He was very rude. However he has taken my documents and not given my SIM. That doesn't sit right with me I am unable to get hold of anyone from dsv I did tell him I could provide an affidave that was stamped by a commissioner of oaths and he said it will not be valid The only form of proof of residence i have is an affidaved from my mum to say i live with her.
