So annoyed and ****ed by Fenn Collection And DSV

Was meant to received my order by 14h30 11/06/2025 but till 15h00 when I called them and they informed me that the driver is on his way but again took me again calling them around 17h00 for them to inform me that the car broke down and never care to call and inform me till I call them which we arranged and agree that by 10h00 on 12h00 I should get my order but now it 12h15 12/06/2025 and never received my order nor being informed why is it so
