Rude courier guy with false statements

Good day

I did an upgrade via Mtn & was advised that my delivery will be done by DSV.

DSV kept on sending txt messages advising that they can't get hold of me. I then called MTN only to be advised that DSV had incorrect contact numbers.

Yesterday the courier guy called & promised delivery before 5pm, I then called after 5pm only to told that its already late for deliveryhe can't come to deliver anymore and that he will see when he will come maybe during the week!

This guy is so rude & i got really irate.
