Refusal to deliver a bank card.

I ordered My Gran's Card 2 weeks ago and several times I explained that I have POA and Handling her accounts. She is 93 and cannot read or white. We conferenced a call with Team Leaders to confirm with my Gran but they doing nothing from their side. This company lacks Morals and Ubuntu, having to treat an elderly person like that. Should the card not being delivered by Monday I'm wring on social media on how my Gran a 93 years old was treated by you.
