POOR SERVICE RENDERED

I had the most horrible experience with this company, it has been 3+ weeks pf waiting for my MTN home router to be delivered to me, today (20/11/25) was scheduled for delivery that never happened, there was no communication from the assigned driver nor from the company’s staff to inform me of the whereabouts of the driver, i had to make a call at 16:30 to find out of his whereabouts and i was informed his phone was off and my matter has been escalated to relevant people, i was called from minute to be informed of an attempt to make a new appointment for delivery without an explanation of what happened to the supposed delivery, DSV is not only tarnishing their image but dragging MTN with them, it is so funny because the company has no capability to run logistics business, they’re failing in every area. DSV is playing games with their customers and destroying MTN’s image, i am so ****ed! Worse their tracking number doesn’t work at all. They deserve ZERO rating star! My ***
