Poor service from DSV, I actually blame FNB to choose couriers like this.

Poor poor service..... From DSV, I wonder big banks like fnb why they use courier company like DSV. I wanted for my card from 17th for delivery even today still waiting, they always promising tomorrow. And I even waste my money calling them everyday. I am really disappointed with fnb to choose courier like this.
