Poor service delivery

I think STD bank should consider their customers when appointing the courier companies, i have been waiting for my card to be delivered for more than 3weeks and this company is useless even when you call them.

They keep sending msg saying the can't get hold of me yet when i call they say they can't arrange the delivery they will try calling me again. how stupid can that theory be.
