Poor service delivery

i was expecting to receive my bank card from standard bank from last week Friday. to date i have not received it. when i called today they claimed that they have called me, which they never did. they are saying it still in Gauteng and will be delivered tomorrow. i spoke to Mogotso, call Ref no. ***. i find this to be bag customer care.
