Poor service

I placed an order for a new card in March and to date, DSV cannot get it delivered to me. Their service is ********** by making you wait on the line for over 30 minutes with the excuse that they are busy and then make every excuse possible why they messed up and could not deliver. They send messages to say they will deliver and on the day don't pitch.
