Poor service and incompetence

My parcel is being delayed going back and forth such unprofessionalism and incompetence. I received empty promises that led to frustrations and excuses that are endless. DSV courier should have professional etiquettes, i wasted my money calling them and they make changes without notifying me via emails or SMS.
