Poor service

Today I was supposed to receive my delivery from dsv, I got a call from a gentleman by he name of Hlulani, and told me he would be here in less than 30 minutes then a few minutes later he called to say he had a problem with the car, but hours went by and when I tried calling him several times back he ignored my calls and messages, I called the call center, I was told that my delivery was cancelled without an explanation that when am I going to get my delivery
