POOR Service

DSV Courier don't take their clients serious, they need to deliver my FNB bank card. They were supposed to deliver at my workplace last week Thursday unfortunately their slot for my workplace area was late and changed the delivery address with them to deliver at home they said they will Wednesday (26.03.2025) between 1pm and 15pm I'm still waiting for them even now. I tried to call them several times no response. I included special notes when making an application for new cards but looks like they don't read them.
