Poor delivery service

Honestly, the service i got from DSV and MTN is very poor. Messed up part is they pointing fingers at each other I have been waiting for my device to be delivered. I was told they they are offline, 30min before delivery time and I waited the whole day for them I was told I need to get manual delivery authorisation, but still I couldn’t get help Khensani, Rochelle and Palesa were really not helpful. Instead they keep hanging up the phone and transferring me from pillar to post Honestly, this is frustrating because I have incurred costs for me to be available for delivery. Mxm ID - *** ***
